This item will be delivered by (Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter) to UK Buyers Address.

Orders made will be dispatched in one day up to Friday 11am. Orders made on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns, exchanges & Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Returns:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to return an item.  Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.  Once I receive the item back, you will receive refund in one day. (In returning an item, please make sure it is not used).

Cancellation:

Request a cancellation before I dispatch an item and you will be refunded immediately.

Exchanges:

Request exchange before I dispatch an item.

or

If you receive an item and you would like an exchange, return it in good condition and not used before an exchange.  Once I receive your returned item, I will post the exchange.
