Returns, exchanges & Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Returns:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Return  items back within 30 days of delivery.  Once I receive the item back, you will receive refund in one day. (If returning an item, please make sure it is not used).

Cancellation:

Request a cancellation before I dispatch an item and you will be refunded immediately.

Exchanges:

Request exchange before I dispatch an item.

or

If you receive an item and you would like an exchange, return it in good condition and not used before an exchange.  Once I receive your returned item, I will post the exchange.
